What we keep about you, why, and what we never do with it.
What we keep
Only what an order needs: your name, delivery address, phone number and email, and what you bought. Nothing else is collected and nothing is asked for that an order does not require.
What we never hold
Your card number, UPI PIN, net banking password or any other payment credential. Payment happens on the gateway's own page — those details never reach this website and are never stored by it.
Who else sees it
The courier is given your name, address and phone number, because otherwise the parcel cannot be delivered. The payment gateway is given the amount and your contact details, because that is how a payment is made.
Nobody else. Your details are not sold, rented, or passed to anyone for marketing — not to other shops, not to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as the law requires them to be kept for accounts and tax. You can ask us to remove anything held beyond that.
Asking to see it or remove it
use the contact page and we will tell you what is held about you, correct anything wrong, or delete what we are not obliged to keep.
