Who you are buying from

Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and are what you pay — delivery is shown separately at checkout before you approve the amount.
An order is confirmed when payment reaches us, not when it is placed. Until then the saree is held for you for a short time only.
Single pieces
Most sarees here exist once. Adding one to your bag holds that exact piece for fifteen minutes; if you do not complete the order, it goes back on the shelf and somebody else may buy it.
If a piece is sold between your order and our packing it — which is rare, and is our fault when it happens — we will tell you at once and refund you in full.
Photographs and description
Every photograph is of the actual saree you will receive. Colours can still look different on different screens, and handloom varies by its nature. See the returns policy for what that means in practice.
If something goes wrong
use the contact page. We would far rather fix a problem than have you left with a saree you are unhappy with.
Any dispute is subject to the laws of India and to the courts where the shop is registered.
