When your saree is sent, how it travels, and what it costs.
When it is sent
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within two working days of payment reaching us. Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
Each saree here is a single piece, so nothing is waiting in a warehouse — it is packed by hand from the shop.
How long it takes
Within Telangana, usually two to four working days after despatch. Elsewhere in India, four to eight. Remote pin codes can take longer, and so can the week around a major festival.
What it costs
Delivery is added at checkout, before you pay, so the amount you approve is the amount you are charged. Nothing is added afterwards.
Following your parcel
You are sent a tracking link once the parcel leaves. If it has not moved for three working days, use the contact page and we will chase it — please have your order number to hand.
If nobody is home
The courier tries again. After repeated failed attempts the parcel comes back to us, and we will contact you to arrange sending it again. A second despatch is charged at cost.
