Returns & refunds
What can be sent back, by when, and how the money comes back.
What you can send back
A saree can be returned within seven days of delivery if it is unworn and unwashed, with its tags on and in the packaging it arrived in.
A saree that has been worn, washed, altered, cut or had a fall or blouse stitched to it cannot be taken back. Once it is altered it cannot be sold to anybody else, which is why this is firm.
If it arrived damaged or is not what you ordered
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photograph of the saree and the parcel. We collect it at our cost and either replace it, if the same piece exists, or refund you in full.
Because most pieces here are the only one of their kind, a replacement is often not possible. In that case it is a refund, not a credit note.
